The Narrows Covered Bridge crosses Sugar Creek at the eastern edge of Turkey Run State Park and is a single span Burr Arch Truss covered bridge structure that was built by Joseph A. Britton in 1882. The bridge is 141 feet long, 16.5 feet wide, and 12.5 feet high.

The first State Capitol (1816-1825) is situated in the center of Corydon’s National Historic District.  The historic district includes many of Indiana’s foremost landmarks.  Corydon was also the scene of Indiana’s only Civil War batter on July 9, 1863 during General John Hunt Morgan’s Great Raid through Indiana and Ohio.
