Spruce Tree House
Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado
Spruce Tree House contains the highest percentage of original material of any of the visited cliff dwellings at Mesa Verde national Park. Excavated by archeologists in 1908, it was the first site in the park to be studied and remains one of the most notable and best preserved Ancestral Puebloan sites in the United States.
