La Tapenade
Dénoyauter 250 g d’olives noires
coupez les en petits morceaux les mixer legerement,
verser le tout dans un mortier y ajouter une cuilleree à soupe de capres
2 anchois dessalés dont les aretes ont ete otees au prealable
1 cuillére à soupe d’huile d’olive, pilez le tout;
A déguster sur du pain grillé frotté à l’ail:

Pit 250 g black olives
cut into small pieces, mix them lightly,
pour into a mortar, add a teaspoon chopped capers
2 desalted anchovies whose edges have been removed beforehand
1 spoon of olive oil in soup, mash the whole;
A taste of grilled bread rubbed with gar
